I wonder that Which language model should I choose for best PC optimization? 1B or 8B? Is there any difference between them?

RAM 64gb
Windows 10 pro
Nvidia 750Ti 4GB
I am choosing this default model on browser (i cannot run by CUDA program, it is not collect point). Is it good? Thank you so much.
