2000 points disappeared

Hi I have a problem
The app has been disconnecting for a long time. I browsed the forum and tried:

  1. Close the App, fully exit by Quit the hyperspace in Taskbar
  2. find C:>Users> > AppData ( you need to enable view hidden file/folder ) > Roaming > hyperspace
  3. backup config-production.toml then delete it.
  4. now open HyperSpace and it should work

After deleting the file after turning on the node, it did not display points (invisible number, only a gray square)]

The next step was to paste a copy of the older file, unfortunately after pasting the copy I lost about 2000 points.

Can anyone help me recover my lost points?

as long as your private key is still in that folder, you will be fine.

there have been issues for what i believe to be 5+ days at this point, i cannot get any of my nodes to connect or stay connected. when i first launch them, until they temp connect the first time, i also have this grey box over my points field. i believe that is just because the contents of your wallet are only known on their side, and when you are not validated in your session you cant see the wallets (for lack of a better non crypto term) contents

yeah it is loading, wait a bit and it will show
