Windows Desktop app NOT RESPONDING

My desktop restarted automatically due to some updates but now I cannot open the app. It’s always not responding.

And there is also no option to get/export the private key in the aiOS app so maybe I’ll start again from scratch.

hey, there is a solution for this problem :

  • find C:>Users> > AppData ( you need to enable view hidden file/folder ) > Roaming > hyperspace

backup config-production.toml then delete it.
now open HyperSpace and it should work

I am experiencing an issue with my application, as it fails to respond when I attempt to open it. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software; however, this did not yield any positive results. Could you kindly advise on how to resolve this issue?
