Desktop App Not responding

How else can i fix this please? i even cleared the whole software and reinstalled it, it’s still not working.

Same problem. I tried to reinstall by deleting all the files, I had the Cuda version installed, then I installed the CPU version, but nothing helped, Windows 11 rtx 3070 , ryzen cpu

I’m also running windows 11, let me try the CUDA version here if it might work. The annoying part is that it was working a few days ago.

quick fix :

  1. Close the app
  2. Locate & delete config_production.toml at AppData>Roaming>hyperspace
  3. Open the app again and voila it works

I guess the software just needed an update, it updated itself and it worked right after.

I have another question though, how can I save my private key as a .PEM file? I would like to start running my browser node as a desktop node instead, but the desktop app requires importing private keys as a .PEM file only. If only there was a direct way to export private keys as a .PEM file from the Hyperspace browser node, it would have been easier.
