"Failed to fetch points"

Just joined and started a CLI node and it seems to be up and running correctly, but when I try to check my points it comes back an error. Is it because it’s still new? Or something else?

Please, has anyone been able to solve this error? I am stuck here for over 24 hours. Your help is highly appreciated

Thank you so much. I had been doing that, and every time i do, it seems to work and stops again. Please It’s their a command to check if the node is running fine
