Points Accumulation Wiped after Restarting PC

Recently, I had to restart my PC due to a router failure and when I restarted the aiOS application again (CUDA V0.2.1), I found that the 7,000+ points that I had previously accumulated was gone. Is this wiping of points normal? Is the information of accumulated points being recorded on the server end?

I have tried importing my key but the missing points are still unfortunately missing.

Is anyone having the same issue or did I do something wrong with my aiOS application setup?

Same, just restart PC for upgrade, turned on, points showing 0.0.

is the key the same ? which client are you running on ? web or windows app etc

Windows client, when i opened zero points, then trying to import private key which i have from my early alpha stage, because it was imported before. and nothing.
