Importing private key not restoring points

Hello Support team,

I’ve just fresh installed the aiOS on Windows and successfully imported the private key, my public key ID is the same as before.

The problem is that it’s not recovering my points and I lost 2.2K points.

Appreciated if you can check and suggest how I need to do to recover my points.

Hi @Johnny.TT68 thank you for reaching out. The points on the public key in your message has 1337 points and was created on December 14. This is accurate and has no loss of points.

You generated another public key, which has 319 points and was created after the key you mentioned above. Note: points can not be transferred across keys and you will need to import that private key on your device.The public key is listed below:

Thanks for the reply & investigation.
I reimport the key again, restart the app and 1337 points are fully recovered.
